(6) Residents They must include a certificate proving their condition, with the institution's letterhead and signed by the Head of the Service, before the registration process is completed.

Payment

Registrations will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment.

To ensure the Early and Late registration fees, registration and payment must be settled within the published deadline. The amount will automatically increase to the next registration fee.

Pre-registration will close on March 7th, 2025. After this date, registrations and payments will be possible onsite only.

On-site registration desk will reopen on April 8th , 2025.

Very Important - Password

The password that you will use to log in and pay your registration fee will not be valid to submit an abstract.

You should create a new one for Abstract Submission.

Name changes are possible during the pre-registration period only. Therefore, no name change requests will be accepted onsite.

ISPD Scholaships

The International Society of Pediatric Dermatology (ISPD) is offering scholarships to attend the World Congress of Pediatric Dermatology (WCPD) from 8 to 11 April 2025 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Cash award of USD 2000 will be awarded to 5 recipients.

Deadline: All nominations will close on 30th November 2024.

Cancellations and Refunds of Registration Fee

Delegates wishing to cancel their registration have to fill out the Cancellation form and send it by email to the Congress Registration Center: karina.palacio@anajuan.com no later than December 17th, 2024.

Note that cancellations will incur a fee as follows:

No Show, No Refund.

Reimbursement of Registration fee will be processed after the Congress. Note that reimbursements will only be done through the method of payment that was used for registering

Group Registration

For group registration (more than 20 people), please contact Ms. Karina Palacio at karina.palacio@anajuan.com. Group registration onsite will NOT be possible.

Scholarships

They should be requested from the industry participating in the trade exhibition.

Important: Scholarships have an expiration date: April 1st, 2025. If you fail to validate your scholarship in a timely manner, you will be unable to participate in the event under any circumstances.

In compliance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 25.326), we would like to inform you that the personal data we collect will be processed to manage your registration for the 15th WCPD 2025 congress. Additionally, they may be shared with industry partners for congress-related purposes. We assure you that your personal data will be treated with the utmost security and confidentiality.

Invitation Letter

If you require an invitation letter for your jobs or university, you can complete the following file. This official invitation does not include any kind of payment.

Visas

Every person entering Argentina should be in possession of a valid passport or ID card (neighbouring countries).

Whether you need Visa to enter Argentina, you should fill in a special document: Application form (required by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Argentina)

Together with the application form, you must send a scanned copy of your passport in pdf format, including the pages containing your photo and personal information

Once your application form has been received, it will be emailed along with the invitation letter to relevant consular authority (Argentine Embassy or Consulate) to which you will contact for your visa application. You will receive a process number to contact the consulte and ask for an appointment.

Please, do not delay the form submission

By current provisions of the Argentine Foreign Ministry, the documentation will be sent in online format to the Head of the Consular Representation of the Argentine Republic in the country in which you request your Visa: Click Here

Visa-Exempt Countries

The passport holders of the following countries do NOT require visa to enter Argentina, when the purpose of the visit is "Tourism"
